- Organization Capability Diagnosis or TEAM-SWOT Diagnosis with focus on Leadership (OD-Map/TEAM SWOT).
- Analysis of Potential or OD-Tools Individual Assessment (Trait-Map, MQ, EQ-SWOT, Scan-up).
- 360-Degree assessment.
- Qualitative Interview & Feedback Session with Leadership Team Member(s).
- Upon thorough analysis of all assessments, collected information and outcomes, Expert Consultant will propose a few solution alternatives and final solution will be based on mutual consent.
- The Client remains the Key Driver for the leadership transformation.
- Upon solution design acceptance by the Client, Expert Consultant will work with the Leadership Transformation Agent assigned for the project to customize the program or solution needed.
- Detailed implementation plan and program delivery will be completed in this last stage while the Client remains the Key Driver for the leadership transformation.
